Nose – Aromas of gently toasted coconut, unaged rum, citrus fruits and sweet vanilla.
Palate – The entry is bold, spicy and medium sweet. The coconut is ever present but doesn’t dominate, allowing other tropical fruits to dance on the tongue. Blood orange delivers a zesty citrus undercurrent, alongside mandarins and a little lime, while dried spices – notably ginger - bring a warming tingle to the fore.
Finish – The finish is medium to long, with the creamy coconut being joined by a subtle peppery warmth on the palate.
